Update

Last month I posted my aunt's story - she'd been issued a subpeona by a lawyer after writing a scathing blog post about him. She has since also posted the subpeona, her Motion to Quash, the judge's Order to Show Cause, the lawyer's Response to Order to Show Cause, and her Response to his response. The cycle is now complete, with the judge Santioning the lawyer in question.
